Common questions
Does it work on a phone? Is there an app to install?
It works in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer; nothing needs installing. The same account can be used from any device.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Everything already recorded stays viewable. Until the subscription is renewed, purchases, payments and expenses can't be added or edited. A banner appears in the app 5 days before the end.
How does payment work?
On the Subscription page in the app, pick a duration, send the amount by bKash or bank transfer, and enter the transaction reference. Once the payment is checked, the subscription is extended.
Is anything charged automatically?
No. No card is ever taken, and every renewal is made by hand.
Can several people use one account?
For now an account is for one person; there are no separate users or permissions.
Can the language or currency be changed later?
The language can be changed at any time. The currency can be changed until the first amount is recorded; after that it is locked, because amounts are never converted.
Can the data be copied or the account deleted?
Yes. A message to support from the account's email address is enough: after the identity is confirmed, a copy is sent, or the account and all its data are deleted for good.
Can it replace a paper credit notebook?
Yes. Every credit purchase is added to the shop's due by itself, and a recorded payment lowers it. No lost notebook, no mistakes in the sums.
